Yue He (乐和, Nhạc Hòa) is a fictional character in the classic Chinese novel Water Margin. He is native to Muping and served as a jailer. Yue He is renowned for his exceptional intelligence and his extraordinary singing voice, which earned him the nickname ‘Iron Whistle’. Unlike many other outlaws who joined Liangshan through sheer martial prowess, Yue He gained his reputation through his ability to navigate complex situations and his skills as a musician and strategist.
