Sĩ Khuông (士匡) là con trai của Sĩ Huy, cháu nội của Sĩ Nhiếp – Thái thú quận Giao Chỉ thời Đông Hán. Sau khi Sĩ Nhiếp qua đời, cha ông là Sĩ Huy đã phát động binh biến chống lại quyền kiểm soát của Đông Ngô tại Giao Chỉ. Tuy nhiên, cuộc nổi dậy thất bại, Sĩ Huy cùng các chú của Sĩ Khuông bị Lã Đại bắt và hành quyết. Sĩ Khuông là một trong số ít người trong gia tộc được tha tội chết nhờ vào ân tình cũ của nhà Ngô đối với Sĩ Nhiếp, sau đó ông tiếp tục phục vụ chính quyền Đông Ngô.
