You Chu (Du Sở), courtesy name Zhong Yun (Trọng Doãn), was a native of Gaoji, Guangyang commandery. Serving the state of Cao Wei, he was known for his administrative capabilities and intellectual demeanor. During the time of the Hanzhong campaigns, he served as the Administrator of Hanzhong. He is historically recognized for his prudent governance and his ability to maintain order in the frontier regions under his jurisdiction despite the intense pressures of the Wei-Shu conflicts.
