Biography & Historical Record
Zou Dan was a military officer serving under the warlord Gongsun Zan during the late Eastern Han Dynasty. He served as the Administrator of Yuyang (Yuyang Taishou). In 194 AD, after Gongsun Zan executed Liu Yu, the former subordinates and associates of Liu Yu, led by Yan Rou and Xianyu Fu, sought revenge.
